Fruit bowl on a round base with a glass insert, nickel-plated brass, first half of the 20th century

Attractive fruit bowl made of nickel-plated brass with a cut-glass insert. Three elongated, curved acanthus leaves connect the round base to the bowl. The bowl is adorned with a decorative band all the way round.
Condition: There is no damage to the metal or the glass. The bowl shows clear signs of age (see photos). An attractive piece that does not hide its age.
