Antique Victorian tea caddy, mahogany and rosewood

This well-preserved tea caddy, with mahogany exterior and rosewood veneer interior lid, stands on bun feet. Inside there are two compartments for tea (a previous owner lined these with aluminium foil). Bone has been inlaid around the keyhole. Unfortunately, there is no key, but with a little patience, a suitable key can be found at flea markets.
Condition: Considering its age (around 150 years), it is in good condition. The hinges are stable and the veneer is firm, with only two small drying cracks.
